You may be eligible for a one-time return or exchange if:
The product has a manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:
Your order number
Delivery address
A brief reason for the return
Photo or video evidence of the defect or issue

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–4 business days. Please ensure:
The product is unused
It is returned in its original packaging
No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
In exceptional cases where a return is approved beyond policy, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
We offer a 7-day complimentary refixing service for:
Loose threads
Broken stitching
(Note: This does not cover accidental damage.)
Requests beyond 7 days from the date of delivery unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
If your return is approved:
You can request a replacement of the same product, or
Choose to exchange it for another item of equal value
Our goal is to make the return and repair process as smooth as possible. From pickup to delivery of a replacement, the entire process may take up to 10 days.
