Return & Exchange Policy

At Sarohm, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted and goes through multiple quality checks before it reaches you. We’re committed to delivering the highest level of craftsmanship and service — but in the rare event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

🛍️ When Can I Request a Return or Exchange?

You may be eligible for a one-time return or exchange if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Delivery address

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect or issue

🔁 Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–4 business days. Please ensure:

  • The product is unused

  • It is returned in its original packaging

No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

In exceptional cases where a return is approved beyond policy, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.


🧵 Refixing & Repairs (7-Day Policy)

We offer a 7-day complimentary refixing service for:

  • Loose threads

  • Broken stitching
    (Note: This does not cover accidental damage.)

Requests beyond 7 days from the date of delivery unfortunately cannot be accommodated.


🔄 Replacement & Exchange Options

If your return is approved:

  • You can request a replacement of the same product, or

  • Choose to exchange it for another item of equal value

Our goal is to make the return and repair process as smooth as possible. From pickup to delivery of a replacement, the entire process may take up to 10 days.
